We are an engineering consultancy specializing in Industrial Ventilation, Air Emission Control, and HVAC System Engineering for factories, processing plants, laboratories, and industrial facilities across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

Our focus is helping clients achieve safe working environments, efficient ventilation performance, and full regulatory compliance under USECHH 2000, Clean Air Regulation 2014, and DOSH / DOE standards.

With a team experienced in LEV system design, APCS selection, HVAC industrial analysis, emission chimney registration (WN/WD), and heat stress assessment, we provide solutions grounded in engineering principles and real-site performance requirements.

We work closely with HSE Managers, Plant Engineers, Environmental Teams, and Factory Owners to diagnose issues, design improvements, and deliver clear documentation for audits and internal approvals.

Compliance & Regulation Assurance

We support our clients in achieving full compliance with the Use and Standards of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health Regulations 2000 (USECHH 2000) and the Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014 (CAR 2014).

Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Zainudin A. Bakar is the Director of ESGPro Engineering & Consultancy, a seasoned Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience delivering engineering consultancy, compliance solutions, and technical leadership for industrial facilities. At ESGPro, he drives projects that strengthen operational reliability and regulatory readiness—covering HVAC and ventilation performance, industrial hygiene risk controls, and air emission management strategies tailored to real plant conditions.

He is a Professional Engineer (BEM No. 15148) with a Practicing Certificate (PEPC – C115148) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE – 15148). He is also a DOSH Registered Competent Hygiene Technician II (HQ/08/JHII/00/76), enabling ESGPro to deliver compliance-focused solutions that bridge engineering performance and occupational health requirements. As a certified NIOSH & HRDF TTT-2 (5598) trainer, he also supports capability building for clients and internal technical excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (Mechanical) from the University of Tasmania, Australia, and began his career at Carrier International in product development and OEM engineering. He later progressed into senior management roles in HVAC contracting and industrial project delivery, including General Manager at HVAC Experts (M) Sdn. Bhd. His leadership expanded further through ZABSI Industrial Ventilation, where he guided complex engineering and compliance assignments across multiple industries. Today, through ESGPro, he continues to provide high-impact consultancy built on proven engineering practice, field experience, and strong regulatory alignment.

Ir. Zulhusmi bin Mohd Noor

Ir. Zulhusmi bin Mohd Noor is a Professional Engineer (BEM No. P125880) and DOSH Registered Competent Hygienist II (HQ/23/JHII/00/00067), leading operations at ESGPro Engineering & Consultancy. Based in Kemaman, Terengganu, he ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with technical standards, bridging engineering performance with occupational health requirements.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Adelaide and industry credentials including Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting Expert, Autodesk Revit Modeller, OGSP, and CIDB certification, reflecting strong technical expertise and readiness for regulated industrial environments.

Before joining ESGPro Engineering & Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Zulhusmi served as Engineering Manager at ZABSI Industrial Ventilation Sdn. Bhd., delivering major HVAC and LEV projects cross oil & gas, petrochemical, automotives, healthcare facilities and other industrial sectors. He was previously Service Manager at Electroserve (M) Sdn. Bhd., overseeing maintenance of high- and low-voltage motors for oil and gas clients and earlier led operations as Warehouse, Maintenance & Logistics Head at Upstream Downstream Process and Services Sdn Bhd, managing offshore logistics, rotating equipment, and supply base operations.
